Designer Menus are developed for very special gatherings. Normally the client has envisioned a unique theme and/or setting to showcase a celebration for their guests. These events may be related to a season or special occasion. Thinking outside the box is the standard for the creation of what can be done to wow the V. I. P.’s at these social events. In the past, some of the special design props have included a celebration cake that is in the shape of a helicopter with lights & moving propellers that serves one thousand guests or maybe a 800 pound Cocktail Bar carved out of blocks of ice. Whatever the client has described is an opportunity for us to exceed your expectations.
